In Jade Doskow’s photographic long-term project ‘Lost Utopias’ Doskow observes how the remaining architecture, landscaping, public art, and infrastructure of international world’s fairs have been altered, abandoned, or observed into the contemporary cityscape in which they were constructed or designed. Seen here are the 1930’s Art Moderne sculptures in the rear courtyard of the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, slightly marred by a pair of young graffiti artists who had just finished painting.
